Good backpack should include some features that would make it last longer. You probably know that a backpack could last longer than what could imagine, but the case is not always happen on the same occasional situations. Few months ago I have decided to go with some cheap backpack that not included a water resistant protection and I end up messing everything. Everything on the inside is all wet and I cannot do much thing with it. At that time, I promise I will not touch any backpack that does not have any feature that I want. We used to go travel a lot with it, so make sure to pick some extra protection with it. Adding some extra protection to our list does not mean that we are going to spend much on it. Some of them could even cheaper and having more feature in comparable with other brand. We just have to pick it wisely. If you are pretty sure for what you should do to your backpack then you are ready to go. But, if you still do not know much about it, then why do not have you take look on my tips.

Water Resistant Material

Make sure to pick any one with fully water resistant protection and not only for some parts. Some of them said it is fully water protection, but it is actually not the entire true on the real test. Just make sure to pick them with semi waterproof material you also could consider to pick any of with tarps that would add extra protection to the water. Then, you also have to make sure that the material is not going to be broken if it’s stayed on the water for too long. The material should be tick and not be able to get wet even when you pour the water on it. So, when the rainstorm is coming, you are not be afraid with it.

Lockable Zippers

I always feel paranoid when travelling around. It does not mean that I am easily afraid that something is going to steal any of portable hollow smoker when I am going to camping, but I am so afraid that someone is going to put anything weird on it. So I always prefer to lock of my bag anywhere I go. For this case, make sure to pick any of them with double compartment where you are able to lock them together. You also have to consider to including the TSA locks friendly where you could easily open your bad without needed to completely open it. TSA lock is always available on some local store and you are not going to find any problem on finding it.

Padded Back

You probably ever see that your backpack is not too comfortable enough when you are using it for many hours. The main reason why it is happened because it does not have padded back on it, it makes the material going directly to your back and it is not too comfortable for such long duration. I personally love this feature because it is not only comfortable, but also able to distribute the weight to all of your body and not only stay at the same place. Be sure to add this feature into your list.

Padded Shoulder Straps

This thing would also help you getting more comfort when you are using it. When you put many things on the inside the back will go down and give more pressure to your shoulder. You are not going to have some problem if its having padded shoulder straps since the pressure is not going to give any pain to your shoulder. The material for this case should very tick and made from any single material. This case would prevent you on getting it easily broken because of the weight.

Hip Belt

This thing is not too recommended, but could be the biggest solution if you are having any problem with your back. The weight would be pushing all the way down to your back and your hips. You are able to make it less pain by transferring some of the weight to other part of your body.

Multiple Compartments

I am pretty sure that you do not want to place of your things on the single place. Finding of them will be pretty tough if you place it on single place. Make sure that everything is easier to reach since you are going to use it a lot. Having a multiple compartments also prevents you on getting of your important stuff such as passport and your smartphone get lost. Those things are so important and it is such a troublesome when you lost it. It is must to choose backpack with multiple compartments.
